About St. Joseph's Continuing Care Centre

On September 19, we're coming together for more than just an event…we're coming together to make a difference.

St. Joseph's Care Foundation is proud to host this event in support of the residents and patients of St. Joseph's Continuing Care Centre (SJCCC). Every dollar raised helps enhance care, comfort, and quality of life through programs, equipment, and therapeutic activities that bring joy, dignity, and connection to those we serve.

For generations, SJCCC has been a place of healing, hope, and compassion for individuals and families throughout Cornwall and the surrounding area. Whether someone is recovering from illness, receiving ongoing care, or calling SJCCC home, they are welcomed into a community built on kindness, respect, and genuine human connection.

Behind every patient and resident is a team of dedicated caregivers, healthcare professionals, support staff, volunteers, and family members who work tirelessly to provide exceptional care every day. Their compassion touches countless lives and helps create an environment where people can thrive, find comfort, and feel cared for.

The support of our community helps make that care even stronger. Through the generosity of donors, sponsors, volunteers, and participants like you, St. Joseph's Care Foundation can fund programs and initiatives that bring comfort, create meaningful experiences, and support the well-being of residents and patients beyond what traditional funding provides.

Your participation today helps create brighter days, meaningful moments, and lasting memories for those who depend on SJCCC.

Together, we are helping ensure that compassion, dignity, and exceptional care remain at the heart of everything we do.

Thank you for being part of this special day and for helping us continue a tradition of caring that has touched our community for generations.
