  • Cash: You have 2 options:
  • 1. Login to FundHub, click “Enter $$ and Cheques,” create pledges for your cash donations, pay them off with your personal credit card, and keep the cash. OR...
  • 2. Write a cheque (made out to “The Grand Parade”) for the total amount of cash you’ve collected. Mail it to the TGP Head Office with your completed pledge sheet.

Waivers

All participants should register online.

  • Adults accept the waiver automatically when they register online.
  • Youth/Children under 18 need a waiver signed by their parent or guardian.

  • Waiver forms will be available at check-in on TGP Day.

What to Bring

A few common sense suggestions:

About Sooke Region Communities Health Network

The Sooke Region Communities Health Network (SRCHN) is a cooperative, non-profit organization with charitable status. Our mission is to support healthy lives in healthy communities through innovative, collaborative development, and improvement of services for everyone in the Sooke Region.

We are currently fundraising to build the Sooke Gathering Place. The Sooke Gathering Place will run Seniors Drop In Programs, provide for seniors and youth to engage in meaningful ways, house a community kitchen, and offer space for other community members to rent for celebrations or programs. Sooke is one of the few communities in B.C. that doesn't have a Senior's Drop In Centre, and we haven't had one for 14 years! You can help get this much needed asset built.

This campaign has great potential to bring us closer to our goal. The success of The Grand Parade campaign relies on you and your friends and family! Everyone is welcome to join the fun. Even if you can't make it to our date or location, we have options for you to support this campaign and have fun in whichever way is convenient for you in your own time.

It took 40 years for volunteers to get Ayre Manor built. It took over 20 years to get the Child, Youth & Family Centre built! We can do this!
